Grand Jury

One of the most crucial stages of a criminal case is the Grand Jury stage. If you are charged with a Felony crime you have the right to appear in front of the Grand Jury that your case is being presented to. You have a right to testify and explain your side and so that they are not making their decision just based on the Prosecutors' version of events.

I have experience presenting many clients to Grand Juries in multiple counties. I have had so many of those cases dismissed after they heard from my clients.

I have the experience to guide you through this difficult and crucial step of the case. If done right, your case can be dismissed and thats the end of it!

Call me now to discuss your freedom from criminal prosecution.
